From Local Farms to
Local Families.
Turner’s has an exclusive partnership with
50 local family
dairy farms to supply us
with the best “rBGH free” milk. All of these
families are located within 70 miles of
our processing facility in Westmoreland,
Indiana, Armstrong, and Cambria Counties. Some
of these families have been supplying us with
milk since the 1940s and 50s, spanning several
generations of their family tree! We have
always believed in the value of utilizing
local and
sustainable agriculture to produce the
freshest and highest quality products. We’ve
been supporting local family dairy farms from
the beginning…before it was “fad” to do so.
Why Support Turner’s
local milk?
* Local milk is fresher milk.
* To support local family farms—your neighbors!
* Keep your money in your local economy and help
keep it thriving.
* Local farmers have a greater stewardship for
their land and animals.
* Local milk is green
milk - the small travel distance from
farm to home promotes a lessened impact on the
environment.
* To preserve the character and history of your
local community.
* Supporting local family farms keeps you
connected to the food you eat.
You can literally
shake the hand of the farmer whose milk you
drink.
The World’s Best
